Ingredients

4 ripe tomatoes diced
1 red onion sliced
1 cucumber diced
1 green pepper sliced
1 red pepper sliced
8 oz feta cheese crumbled
3 oz kalamata olives pitted
half a lemon juiced
.25 C olive oil
1 T oregano leaves
salt and pepper
Directions
Whisk the lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, salt and pepper together set aside.
Cut up veggies into desirable sized dice or slices. Mix in dressing. Toss and serve.
