ORIENTAL CABBAGE SALAD (6 - 1 CUP SRVGS)

Ingredients

    1 pkg oriental noodles (chicken)
    4 c chopped or shredded cabbage
    1/4 c green onion
    2 Tbsp sesame seed
    3 Tbsp vinegar
    2 Tbsp sugar
    2 Tbsp salad oil
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/2 c slivered almonds, toasted

Directions

In a large mixing bowl, combine noodles, cabbage, onions and sesame seed. For dressing, in a crew top jar combine seasoning packet from noodles, vinegar, sugar, oil, pepper and salt. Shake to mix well. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss. Cover and chill several hours or overnight. Before serving, stir in almonds. (6 - 1 cup servings)
