Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Celery, raw, .06 cup, diced
    Sweet Onion, raw .06 cup
    Broccoli Florets, raw, .25 cup
    Carrot, raw, chopped, .25 cup
    Snap peas, raw .25 cup
    Cabbage, fresh, chopped .5 cup
    Mushroom sliced/pieces,.5 cup
    *Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Celery Soup, 1 cup Milk, Fat Free, Skim, 4 oz
    Boneless, skinless chicken breast, 8 oz ) cubed
    *Pie crust, prepared, 1 crust=single 9"

Directions

Chop and mix all vegetables in a mixing bowl
Cube thawed chicken breasts
Mix cream soup and milk and stir in to coat ingredient sin bowl
Spoon mixture into pie plate or souffle dishes
Roll out crust to lay over the top of the mix just slightly larger than the dish
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes
Serves 4
