IntroductionA basic recipe my mom taught me when I was a teen. A basic recipe my mom taught me when I was a teen.
1 lb ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can corn
8 servings instant mashed potatoes (about 4 cups)
cheddar cheese (shredded)
Brown ground meat and place in bottom of casserole dish.
Stir corn and cream of mushroom soup together and place on top of meat.
Place cooked potatoes on top of soup mixture.
Cook for 25 minutes, covered.
Remove cover, top with shredded cheese. Return to oven for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
Calories calculated for 6 servings.
