Shepard's Pie

Introduction

A basic recipe my mom taught me when I was a teen. A basic recipe my mom taught me when I was a teen.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can corn
    8 servings instant mashed potatoes (about 4 cups)
    cheddar cheese (shredded)

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350. Use casserole dish w/ lid if possible.

Brown ground meat and place in bottom of casserole dish.

Stir corn and cream of mushroom soup together and place on top of meat.

Place cooked potatoes on top of soup mixture.

Cook for 25 minutes, covered.

Remove cover, top with shredded cheese. Return to oven for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
