Quick & Easy Black Bean Chili

Introduction

Threw this together for lunch today with some leftovers and a can of tomato sauce. Could probably use pre-seasoned diced tomatoes too, but this is what I had on hand

If you have not already browned the beef, prep/cook time will take a bit longer.
Threw this together for lunch today with some leftovers and a can of tomato sauce. Could probably use pre-seasoned diced tomatoes too, but this is what I had on hand

Ingredients

    1 8 oz Can Hunts Tomato Sauce with Garlic, Oregano & Basil
    4 oz 93% Lean Ground Beef (already browned)
    1/4 cup canned black beans (drained & rinsed)
    1/4 tsp Chili powder

Directions

Makes 1 Serving

Mix all ingredients In small sauce pan, stir to mix well. Cook on med-high heat just until it starts to bubble. Cover and cook on medium heat for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Pour into a bowl & enjoy..
