Ingredients

    Fruit Cocktail Canned, 4 oz
    Fruit Mandarin Oranges Canned, 2 oz
    Kiwi Fruit, 30 grams or 1/2 fruit
    Grapes, 60 grams or 15 grapes
    Strawberries, fresh, 60 grams or 3 berries
    Apples, fresh, 60 grams or 1/3 apple
    Dairy Coolwhip Fat Free, 5 tbsp
    GNC Protein Vanilla, .5 serving
    Vit Benefiber, 2 tbsp
    Milk Nonfat, 4 oz
    Milk Half & Half Fat Free, 2 tbsp
    Flaxseed, 1 tbsp
    Ice cubes 8

Directions
