Ingredients

    1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 can Mushrooms, drained
    1 cup milk, 2%
    3/4 cup Pecorino Romano, grated

Directions

Makes approx. 12 1/4-cup servings

Mix ingredients together in a saucepan over Medium heat. Stir until smooth. Let simmer for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Be careful not to leave on heat too long without stirring to prevent burning. Remove from heat to cool and thicken, still stirring occasionally. Once sauce reaches desired thickness, serve over pasta of choice.

If the sauce is too thin, add more cheese. If it is too thick, add more milk.
