1 pouch albacore tuna
4 T reduced fat olive oil mayo
3 scallions, sliced
3 celery stalks, chopped
pepper to taste
3 slices of wheat bread
3/4 cup 2% milk shredded cheddar cheese

This sounds so good. I love tuna melts and this sounds different but almost like the ones they make at the local deli. - 5/11/10

Thanks! They are really good and fast for a weeknight meal, my husband loves them. You can totally customize them to your taste by using fat free mayo, switching cheeses, adding stuff like parsley, etc. Enjoy!
