Ingredients

    6 medium-sized frozen chicken breasts, boneless, skinless (or equivalent, and you could use fresh chicken, but adjust cooking temp/time accordingly)
    1 18 oz bottle barbeque sauce
    1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
    1/2 cup water (if using frozen chicken)
    2 tbsp dehydrated garlic (optional)

Directions

Place chicken in large slow cooker. In a bowl, combine sauce, tomatoes with juice, water* and garlic. Stir, pour over chicken. Cook on high for 8 hours. Plate chicken, topping with extra sauce. Goes well with fried apples and salty veggies!

*If you use a jarred or canned barbeque sauce, put the water in the empty container first and shake to get out more of the good stuff!
