BLT Salad for One (Low Carb)

Introduction

This is a delicious option for those on a low carb diet!
Could add Chicken, or hard boiled eggs and make it a full meal!

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 Tbs Mayo (I used half miracle whip, half regular mayo for some zing. Remember MW has more carbs.)
    1 Tbs lemon juice
    A sprinkle of chicken boullion
    A Sprinkle of Splenda to taste (I used about a 1/2 Tbs of the baking Splenda)
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mix the above ingredients in your salad bowl that you are planning to eat your salad out of. Next, Add chopped tomatoes, chopped green onion, shredded lettuce, 4 Slices Bacon Cooked crisp and crumbled. (Get creative with your ingredients and be mindful of how many carbs you can/want to have.) Toss together just before serving or the bacon will get soggy.
