Easy Being Green Smoothie

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Pineapple, fresh, half cup
    Granny smith apple - 1 med
    Grapes, half cup, seedless or seeded
    Spinach, fresh, 2 cups
    Banana, fresh, 1 medium
    Carrots, raw, 1 medium halved
    Oranges, 1 medium
    6 cups ice

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender. I use a Vitamix, which can handle this amount of fruit. It will also blend all seeds, so I don't have to remove those first. I'm not sure how this would work in a smaller blender. In the Vitamix, I process for about 1 minute.
