Ingredients

    1 Cup Soymilk Unsweetened
    2 Tbl Ground nuts or a few almonds
    1 Tbl Ground Flax Seed
    1/4 Cup Yogurt-plain
    1 Banana
    1 Cup Blueberries
    2 Cups Spinach

Directions

Place all in Vitamix in order given and blend 1 min.
