1/2 cup of whole milk
One scoop of unflavored GNC 100% Whey Protein
Three frozen, unsweetened strawberries
1/4 cup of frozen, unsweetened blueberries
8 ounces of whole milk plain yogurt (I use homemade)
Two or three packs of Splenda or other sweetener as desired
Three ice cubes
