Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 cups shredded pork or chicken
    1 15 ounce can salt free black beans
    1 green pepper chopped
    1/2 onion chopped
    1 can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chillies, original or spicy
    6 Mission 96% Fat Free Whole Wheat flour tortillas
    GV light sour cream

Directions

Lay out tortillas and evenly layer meat, peppers, onions, Rotel and black beans on each. Roll up tortillas and place in sprayed 8" by 12" casserole. Sprinkle any remaining ingredients over top and cover with sour cream. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. May add jalepeno peppers to top if desired or extra salsa. Makes 6 servings.
