Oven Fried Chicken

Introduction

This is a tasty dish that is fairly low in calories and fat. This is a tasty dish that is fairly low in calories and fat.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    * 3 Tbsp GF bread crumbs
    * 1 Tbsp grated parmesean cheese
    * 1 tsp paprika
    * 1 tsp thyme
    * 1/2 tsp garlic powder
    * 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    * 1/4 cup nonfat milk
    * 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    * 1 Tbsp butter, melted

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray or wipe with a small amount of canola or olive oil.

Combine bread crumbs, parmesean cheese, paprika, thyme, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper in a shallow dish; mix well. Pour milk into another shallow dish.

Dip each chicken breast in the milk, then dredge through the bread crumb mixture until evenly coated, then place in baking dish. Drizzle the melted butter over the chicken.

Bake for 30 minutes or until cooked thoroughly.
