Spicy Rotini Primavera Pasta Salad

Introduction

I add grilled chicken & cheese to make this a meal. I add grilled chicken & cheese to make this a meal.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    12 ounces Rotini Primavera
    1 large tomato, cut into bite size pieces
    1 head broccoli, cut into florets
    1/2 small red onion
    1 can (6 ounces) black olives, sliced

    1/2 cup olive oil
    2/3 cup apple cider vinegar
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    2 teaspoons basil
    2 teaspoons parsley flakes
    1 teaspoon lemon pepper
    1 teaspoon crushed red pepper

Directions

Cook rotini according to package instructions, drain. Combine vegeatables /pasta. In seperate bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar & spices. Pour over pasta mixture. Toss to coat well & chill. Serves 6.
