Introduction

Fantastic meatballs - fried on the stove or baked in the oven. Smoothered in our home canned spaghetti sauce. Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 lb. 93% Lean Ground Beef
    1 lb Pork, fresh, ground, raw
    3 TblspOnions, raw chopped
    Hint of Garlic powder
    1 Tblsp Mustard seed, yellow
    2 large Eggs, fresh
    Hint of *Onion powder
    Hint of Penzeys Seasoned Salt

Directions

Combine all of the ingredients together. Don't overmix you can make your meatballs tough.

Form into 18 meatballs.
Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Add to the spaghetti sauce and allow to mariante and pull in the sauce flavor and the meatballs to flavor the sauce.

We can our own sauce but you can certainly make your own or buy store brand.
