Ingredients

    12 oz can tuna, packed in water
    12 oz uncooked noodles
    2 cups frozen peas and carrots
    1 cup nonfat milk
    2 - 10 oz cans of cream of mushroom soup, Healthy Request
    3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
    1 tsp minced garlic

Directions

Cook noodles until almost done. Add peas and carrots last five minutes with noodles to cook; drain.

Drain tuna and flake. Mix soup, milk, garlic with a whisk. Stir in noodles and vegetables.

Spread into greased casserole dish; top with bread crumbs.

Bake 375 about 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly and crumbs are browned.

Make 10 1-cup servings.
