my altered jumbalaya

Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    maked 8 1 cup servings
    1/3 c +2 tbs cooking wine
    2 c chopped pork sausage pre cooked
    1c chopped onion
    2 tsp(2 cloves) crushed garlic
    3/4 c long grain white rice
    1 tsp paprika
    1/2 tsp thyme dry
    1 tbsp chili powder
    2.5 c(1 796 can tomato sliced
    pepper to taste
    1 c water

Directions

fry meat, onion, garlic in 2 tbsp cooking wine until warm all rice, water, 1/3 c cooking wine,parika, thyme, chili powder, pepper,green beans and tomatoes bring all ingredients to boil for 15 min sinner for 1/2 hour.

you may need to add more water while simmering
