Introductionbrought this down as much as I could brought this down as much as I could
16 oz round steak
1 med onion
2 med green or red peppers
1 tbsp olive oil
2 14 oz cans of fat free beef broth
4 tbsp Wondra or regular flour
Remove meat and add the wondra or flour to thicken the broth. Put meat back in and serve with a side of whatever you'd like. Serves 4.
