Salmon croquets

Ingredients

    3 cans Pink Salmon, Chicken of the Sea, skinless/boneless, chunk style in water, 4 oz per can
    20 Ritz - Whole Wheat Crackers
    2 Eggs
    1/4 cup dehydrated onions
    Garlic powder to taste
    Red pepper to taste
    Salt to taste
    Pepper to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients. Spray pan with cooking spray. Cook on both sides until browned. Makes 6 patties.
