Shrimp Basil Pasta

Number of Servings: 4


    1 lb. Cooked Shrimp All Purpose ( frozen )
    3 Garlic cloves
    1 Green Pepper, strips
    1 can Red Gold Petite Diced Tomatoes, 14 oz
    1/10 dried Thai Dragon Pepper (or to taste)
    1 tsp. Salt
    Pepper, black to taste
    Fresh basil, as much as possible
    4 cups Spaghetti, cooked


* Cook the pasta.
* while you're doing the rest, thaw the shrimp under running cold water
* saute garlic and bell pepper and hot pepper
* add diced tomatoes and salt and pepper
* when veggies are cooked, add shrimp and cook until hot
* put in basil at the last minute.
* serve over pasta.
