tomatillo and onion salsa

Ingredients

    1vidalia onion chopped
    2 tomatillos diced
    2 tomatoes diced
    1 cup corn
    1 jalopeno pepper diced (seeds removed)
    2 cloves garlic crushed
    tsp oregano, tarragon ,
    salt pepper to taste

Directions

serves 4
add all ingrediences to frying pan add tarragon and oregano.Cook until onion is soft add salt pepper to taste.
serve with chicken ,fish or steak.
