Zucchini Bread

Introduction

Zucchini bread recipe. This recipe originally called for 1 cup of walnuts. However, I have made it many times, omitting the walnuts and it is still delicious. If you choose to add the walnuts, the nutritional information would need to be recalculated. Zucchini bread recipe. This recipe originally called for 1 cup of walnuts. • GREAT recipe! Definitely the best zucchini bread I have ever made. Instead of loaves I baked mini muffins (15min). Two of the muffins comes to about the same nutritional value as 1 serving of this recipe. Very moist and light. Yum! - 7/20/11
