Ingredients

    1 1/8 whole wheat pastry flour
    1/4 cup raw sugar
    3/4 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt
    3 tbsp yacon syrup
    2 bananas
    2 tsp lemon juice
    1/2 cup 1% milk
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    1 egg

Directions

Makes 1 8in round cake

Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease and flour pan.

Combine all dry ingredients; then add wet ingredients.

Bake for 35 minutes.
