Maccaroni Salad

Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup (4 oz.) elbow maccaroni
    1/4 cup light mayonnaise
    1 carrot grated (about 1/4 cup)
    1 rib celery, chopped (about 1/4 cup)
    3/4 tsp white vinegar
    1/2 tbsp. pickle rleish
    1/2 tsp sugar
    pepper to taste

Directions

Cook maccaroni in boiling water following package directions, 7-8 minutes. Drain and rinse. In a small bowl whisk mayonnaise, carrot, celery, white vinegar, pickle relish, sugar and pepper. Stir in drained maccaroni and refrigerate until serving.
