Ingredients

Bellucci Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1 tbsp), 1 tbsp
Celery, raw, 6 tbsp, chopped
Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
Leftover Ham Bone
Chicken Broth, organic free range Pacific Natural, 32 oz
*Navy Beans - Peak brand (measured dry), 2 cups
Pur Filtered Water (12oz)
Diced ham, Cumberland Gap, 8 oz package
Directions
Soak beans overnight or according to package directions. Saute celery and onion in olive oil in large stockpot; add drained, rinsed beans. Pour chicken broth and water into stockpot with beans; add ham bone; simmer over low heat, until beans are tender but not mushy. Add diced ham and simmer for 5 minutes more; remove from heat. Let sit for 15 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper or any other favorite spices (not included in nutrition facts).
