Introduction

Pioneer variation of the favorite no-bake cookies.
The consistency is highly dependent on weather and altitude.
No matter how they turn out, they're still yummy.

Number of Servings: 40

Ingredients

    1/2 cup butter
    1/2 cup milk
    2 cups sugar
    1/4 cup cocoa powder

    2 1/2 cups rolled oats
    1/4 cup peanut butter
    1 tsp vanilla

Directions

Over medium heat, melt butter in a saucepan. Add milk. Mix sugar and cocoa together separately, then add to milk and butter.
Allow this mixture to simmer and come to a rapid boil. Stir constantly for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add the rest of the ingredients in order.
Spoon by the tablespoon onto a cookie sheet to cool.
