Introduction

Yup carrot salad it explans its self..its a simple thing to make and it's really good! Yup carrot salad it explans its self..its a simple thing to make and it's really good!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    bout 2 large carrots,raw
    1 tbsp extra virgin oilve oil
    1 tbsp of red wine vinegar.

Directions

Cut the ends off the carrots then peel the skin part off with a skin peeler thingy.
next get a bowl and start peeling the rest of the carrots the same way u did when u took the skin off this should leave u with roughly 2 cups of raw carrot strips..next add the oilve oil and use a fork to move and coat the carrots in the oil..then add the red wine vinegar and do the same as u did with the oilve oil..add salt and pepper if u wish and now u have a healthy lil carrot snack!..
