3 cups dashi stock
1/2 lb soft tofu, cut into 1 cm cubes
3 tbsp miso paste, white or red
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
2. Take a few tablespoons of the hot stock from the pot and add it to the miso paste in bowl. Stir it until it dissolves and add it to the soup pot. Be careful not to boil the soup once the miso is added because it will lose its flavour.
3. Add the green onions and take the soup off of the heat. Serve pipping hot and enjoy!
