Introduction

Ingredients

    1 PKG 20.5 oz Betty Crocker Lowfat Fudge Brownie mix
    1/2 c unsweetened applesauce
    1/2 c water
    1/2 c egg white substitutes or 2 large egg whites
    1/2 c chopped pecans

Directions

Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl except pecans. Using wooden spoon beat mixture for 50 strokes, but about 1/2 c mixture into 24 lined cupake pan. Sprinkle 1 tsp pecans on each brownie. Cook in preheated 350 oven for 24 minutes. Cool and enjoy
