Quick chicken-flavored Quinoa

Introduction

Just a simple quinoa recipe I made up to go with grilled chicken breast and broccoli. Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 cup dry quinoa
    1 cup chicken broth
    1 cup water

Directions

Combine all ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook at a full boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, cover, and let stand 15 minutes. (there are other ways to cook quinoa,. This is the "energy-saving" method from the box).
Mine made 3 cups total, so I figured 6 1/2 cup servings seemed good.
