20 oz lean ground turkey (93%)
3/4 cup non-fat cottage cheese
2/3 cup rolled oats
5 tbsp ground flax seed
Italian seasoning to taste
salt and pepper to taste
Warm up a non-stick skillet lightly sprayed with Pam.
Divide into 6 equal portions. Mixture will be loose, so shape it as best you can and fry them for about 5 minutes per side or until done all the way through
