Ingredients

    1 can drained, water packed tuna
    2 tbsp diced onion
    2 tbsp low fat dressing
    Thomas Whole Grain English Muffin
    1 slice fat free cheese

Directions

Mix tuna, onion, and dressing together. Toast English Muffin. Put tuna on one half of English Muffin and add cheese slice on top. Place top of English muffin over cheese.

  • I just made this recipe for lunch....it's very good! I added shredded carrot in with the tuna and then topped the sandwich with lettuce and tomato. Overall, a healthy and delicious lunch! will be making this again! - 5/17/10
