No-Tortilla Chicken Wrap

Introduction

I love chicken wraps but those darn tortilla's... well too many calories for me! I love chicken wraps but those darn tortilla's... well too many calories for me!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/4 cup carrotts
    1/4 cup cucumber
    1/4 cup brown rice
    1/2 chicken breast
    1 large bib lettue leaf
    3 oz Broccoli Slaw
    1/8 cup cheddar cheese
    1 tsp Asian Sesame with Ginger salad dressing

Directions

Cut chicken breast into bite size pieces and cook.

Cook brown rice.

Mix veggies together and toss with salad dressing. Put the mixture in the center of the lettuce leaf. Top with cheese, roll up and enjoy.
