    * *Potato, raw, 4 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) (remove)
    * *Corn Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 0.5 cup (remove)
    * Turmeric, ground, 0.25 tsp (remove)
    * Garlic, 2 tsp (remove)
    * *Cumin seed, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Salt, 2 tsp (remove)

Directions

take oil in a pan.add potatoes add cumin seeds,saute .add rest of ingredients and 1/2 cup water and keep on simmer....serve hot.
