Sauteed Veggies

Ingredients

    1 tbsp EVOO
    1 small onion
    2 tsp minced garlic
    1 red bell pepper
    1 large yellow swuash
    1 large zucchini
    1 can diced tomatoes
    spices

Directions

Chop all veggies and saute in EVOO over medium heat. Add tomatoes at end.
