Tropical fruited salsa

Introduction

Ingredients

    2 Cup Diced Pineapple
    2 Diced Avocado
    .5 C diced red onion
    1 large tomato diced
    .25 C chopped cilantro
    1 jar of diced green chilies
    2 T lime juice
    salt and pepper

Directions

I made this salsa as an appetizer for a dinner party of 8 and served it with Tostitos scoops. It was a huge hit with the guests along with some large shrimp and cocktail sauce. I think you could get 20 servings out of the batch, depending on what else you serve and how much people eat.
