IntroductionI made these with no egg substitute I made these with no egg substitute
1 cup substitute
6 whole wheat tortillas (8in)
1 cup (4 oz) shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
3 turkey bacon strips, diced and cooked
6 tbsp. salsa
6 tbsp. fat- free sour cream
2. Heat another large skillet coated with cooking spray and add one tortilla. Top with 1/3 cup egg mixture and one tortilla. Cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side or until lightly brown.
3. Repeat with remaining tortillas, cheese, bacon and eggs. Cut each quesadilla into six wedges.
Serve with salsa and sour cream (optional)
