IntroductionMy lowfat version of chili. My lowfat version of chili.
1 pound extra lean ground beef
1 medium onion chopped
1 can Petite cut diced tomatoes
1 1/2 cups pinto beans, drained
1/4 cup chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
4 tablespoons tomato paste
1/4 teaspoon cumin
Add all other ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes to an hour.
