Delicious cauliflower&vegetable soup

Ingredients

    3 liter water (100 oz)
    1 large raw cauliflower
    3 sprigs of parslay
    4 large carrots
    1 tsp caraway seeds (whole)
    0.5 tsp caraway seeds (ground)
    6 tsp Vegeta seasoning (or as much as you like)
    2 tsp ground black pepper

    For the liaison:
    3 tbsp white flour
    0.2 cup oil
    1 tsp paprika
    1 liter milk

    For the 'noodle':
    1 egg
    0.5-1 dl water
    0.7 cup flour

Directions

1 serving equals 100 grams, but 1 bowl is probably about 3-4 servings!

Here's what you do:
Put the cauliflower and water in a big pot on the fire. When the water's boiling put in the parslay and carrots cut to small pieces. Season with the caraway seeds, ground black pepper, vegeta or salt or other seasonings you like.

Meanwhile, make a liaison: put the flour and oil in a smaller pot on the fire. When it gets a darker colour and has been boiling for a little time add the paprika. Take it off the fire, and when it's colder add the milk.

Then, make the noodles: mix the egg with water and flour (it should look like a really thick dipping sauce).

When the soup starts to boil again add the noodles, taking small amounts at a time with a spoon (take about the amount of a half teaspoon at a time). Put the spoon in the boiling water and that small amount of noodle will come off immediately when it reaches the hot water (if it doesn't it means you should add a little more water to the noodles). When you added all the noodles add the liaison-milk mix. Wait until it boils again, taste the soup, add more seasoning if you feel like something's missing and take it off the fire. It's done! :)
