Beef Stew

Ingredients

    1 pkg McCormick Beef Stew Seasoning Mix
    2 lbs stew beef, cut into 1 inch pieces
    2 large celery stalks
    4 large carrots
    5 medium potatoes
    2 large onions
    2 tbs EVOO
    3 cups water

Directions

Heat EVOO in large deep pot. Add beef and cook until browned all over.
Stir in seasoning mix and water.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer about one hour, stirring every now and then.
Add chopped veggies and keep simmering until veggies are tender.

Makes 8 1-cup servings
