    1 onion
    1 tsp butter
    2 tsp brown sugar
    salt
    water

makes 8 1- cup servings
cut squash
place cut squash in pan and
with 2 cups of water, 1 tsp buttercut onion and dash of salt
let cook until squash gets soft then add brown sugar continue to cook until squash in done.
