Introduction

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    *Filo pastry1 serve per pastie
    Sweet potato, 1 cup finely diced
    Turnip Greens, 1/2 cup finely diced
    Onion, 1 brown finely diced
    Lamb, Rosemary & garlic Sausages meat only,
    Meat, Beef Mince, 200 gram
    Carrot finely diced
    Frozen peas, a handful of mint pea
    some pepper, basil and thyme

Directions

this recipe makes about 10 pasties
the nutrition list is for 1 pasty

mix all ingredients except filo pastry together.
fold a single sheet of filo in half
brush some milk on edges
put some of the mixture in the centre, rolling the pastry as a parcel
once on baking sheet stick a knife into to release steam
spray with oil to crisp
cook in a preheated oven at approx 200degC
for about 20/30 minutes
when cooked take straight off the baking sheet or else the base will disappear.
best eaten same day but do freeze.
