Radish salad

Introduction

It's best to let this salad infuse in the fridge for a while but you can also eat straight away. It's best to let this salad infuse in the fridge for a while but you can also eat straight away.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    200g radishes - thinly sliced
    3 tbsp shallot - chopped
    1 tsp oil (in nutritional info, I used an Omega 3/6/9 oil called groovy oil)
    1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
    1 tbsp salad herb mix

Directions

Wash and slice radishes or let your food processor do the work for you
De-skin and thinly slice a small shallot onion
Mix in a bowl, add other ingredients, toss well and put in the fridge for approx 30 min or longer.
