Curried Tuna Salad

Introduction

Tuna salad with extra zip and depth Tuna salad with extra zip and depth
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 can of Tuna, lightly drained (I use Natural Sea Albacore, which is water-packed with no salt)
    1 large celey stalk, diced
    1/2 of a medium onion, diced
    2 t. of a good tangy mustard
    2 T. of mayonnaise
    1 t. curry power
    Black pepper to taste

Directions

Open and drain the tuna lightly (good time to treat the cat...), add to bowl and break up pieces;
Dice the celery and onion and add to bowl;
Add mustard and mayonnaise and mix well;
Add curry powder and mix well;
Add black pepper to taste.

Great as a sandwich filling, keeps well several days in the fridge. Serves 4.
