.5 t olive oil
1 Mahi Mahi filet, about 3 oz.
1 Tamari soy sauce
Cilantro, fresh and chopped
Black pepper, freshly ground
Crushed red peppers
Squeeze the juice of 1 lime and 1 lemon
Drizzle with 1 T of honey and
1.5 T tamari
Pat on chopped fresh cilantro
Add freshly ground black pepper and
several shakes of crushed red pepper
Flip the fillet, so the ingredient can coat both sides.
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes at 300ΒΊ.
This mild flavored fish readily takes on the flavors you offer it. This is a nice combo of tastes, a hint of spice but never overpowering, that can go with plenty of side dishes without overwhelming them.
