Apple and berry crumble, vegan, gluten and nut free
500g Cooking Apples
200g Plain White Flour
25g Gluten free oats
Peel, core and slice the apples.
Place them in a deep ovenproof dish with the xylitol and water. (Reserve the blackberries)
Bake the apples in a pre-heated oven for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile mix together the butter, xylitol, flour and oats with a fork until they resemble breadcrumbs.
Carefully remove the apple from the oven and stir in the blackberries.
Pour the crumble mixture over the fruit.
Bake in a pre-heated oven for 30/35 minutes.
