100 grams raw, organic pecans
133 grams organic, unsulphured dried apple
100 grams pitted, organic, unsulphured dates
95 grams Artisana raw coconut butter (warmed to soften)
Shape into 14 small bars, or put into a pan and refridgerate until firmed and cut into 14 bars.
Makes 14 small bars.
