Ingredients

    2 oz red wine
    2 tsp dijon or stoneground mustard
    1/2 cup chicken broth
    Sweetner
    Arrowroot powder
    Garlic 2 cloves

Directions

Saute garlic in chicken broth. Add other ingredients. cook on medium until thicker. Pour on turkey, meat even a salad.
